Terms of Service
By using StayOnDose, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
StayOnDose provides medication reminder and personal logging features. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.
2. NOT MEDICAL ADVICE
Content in the app is for organizational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something in this app.
3. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for entering accurate medication information as prescribed by your healthcare provider. You are responsible for taking medications as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.
4. SUBSCRIPTIONS
StayOnDose Pro subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Manage subscriptions in iOS Settings.
5. ACCEPTABLE USE
You may not use the app for unlawful purposes or attempt to reverse engineer the app except as permitted by law.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that reminders will always be delivered (e.g., if notifications are disabled or the device is off).
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StayOnDose shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app or missed medication doses.
8. TERMINATION AND ACCOUNT DELETION
You may stop using the app at any time. You may delete your account and all associated cloud data in Settings → Delete account. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We may terminate access if you violate these terms.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by applicable local laws where you reside, without regard to conflict of law principles.
